- Do you deliver across the UK?
- Yes. Krunchy Bites is a UK-based kitchen and we deliver nationwide. Standard delivery is £4.99, express is £8.99, and delivery is free on orders over £60.
- How long do your snacks stay fresh?
- Everything is baked to order. Puff puff, meat pies and pastries are best enjoyed within 2-3 days, You can freeze for up to 1 month. For chin chin, coconut candy and fruit breads keep well for up to two weeks in an airtight container.
- Can I order a gift box or party favors?
- Absolutely. Our snack gift boxes start from £20 and party favor sets from £30. Grand hampers and bulk party orders are available for weddings, birthdays and office events.
- Do you cater for large parties and corporate orders?
- Yes. We regularly supply weddings, christenings, offices and community events with takeaway packs and bulk trays. Get in touch with your date and guest numbers and we will put a quote together.
- How do I pay?
- Checkout is handled securely on-site with card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are encrypted end to end and we never see or store your card details.
- What is your returns and refund policy?
- Because our snacks are freshly baked and perishable, we cannot accept returns once an order has been dispatched. If something arrives damaged, incorrect or not as fresh as expected, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order reference. We will be happy to offer a replacement, store credit or refund at our discretion.
- Can I change or cancel my order?
- Yes. Orders can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled dispatch date. If you need to make changes within 24 hours of dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help, although we cannot guarantee changes once baking has started.
- How do I request a change, cancellation or refund?

- What allergens are in your pastries and snacks?
- Our puff puff, chin chin, meat pies, sausage rolls and Nigerian pastries contain wheat/gluten and eggs. Many items also contain milk/dairy. We use vegetable oils and do not add alcohol. Because everything is prepared in the same kitchen, traces of nuts, sesame and soy may be present. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering.
- Do your snack gift boxes contain allergens?
- Yes. Our snack gift boxes may contain wheat/gluten, eggs, milk/dairy, nuts, sesame and soy. They are packed in the same kitchen where these ingredients are handled, so we cannot guarantee any product is completely free from allergens.
- What ingredients do you use?
- We bake to order using everyday kitchen ingredients such as flour, eggs, butter, milk, sugar, yeast, spices and fresh fruit. We do not use artificial preservatives. Full ingredient details for any item are available on request — just email rufina@krunchybites.co.uk.
